Jamaican rum creme brûlée set with a rice bottom (rice pudding, creme brûlée cross) with mango sorbet, fresh mango, and mango compressed in vinegar made in house with mango scraps; finished with milk chocolate coated puffed rice, lime basil and begonia flowers.
